When you send a booking or enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you type, plus optional device details and an image if you attach one. Server logs may store an IP address for security and rate limiting.

Why we use it

We use that information to respond to repair, buy, sell or contact requests, to keep a record of the enquiry, and to protect the forms from abuse. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to complete the request and for a reasonable business record afterwards. You can ask us to update or delete information by calling 07777 968555.

Sharing

We do not pass website form data to advertisers. Hosting, email or IT suppliers may process data only to run this site. If a legal duty requires disclosure, we will follow that duty.

Your rights
