These terms cover use of the Quick Fix website and the sending of enquiries. Repair work itself is agreed separately once a device has been inspected.

The website

Content is provided so you can understand the kinds of work we discuss and how to contact us. It is not a quote, a warranty or a promise of parts availability. We may update pages as devices and services change.

Enquiries

Sending a form does not create a contract to repair, buy or sell. We may refuse work that is unsafe, uneconomic, or that we cannot complete honestly.

Acceptable use

Do not use the forms to send malware, spam or content that is unlawful. Uploaded images must be pictures of the device or fault and must not contain other people’s private information.

Liability

This website is provided as a local information and enquiry service. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law for work that is later agreed in person.
