Buying a used or refurbished device without getting stung
Ask about the model, battery behaviour, previous repairs and whether the account lock is clear — not just the cosmetic grade.
A clean used phone is a sensible purchase. A phone that still has someone else’s account, a swollen battery, or a screen that was fitted badly is not a bargain.

We will not invent stock lists, warranties or prices for refurbished devices. Use the buy and sell form and we will talk about the actual handset or the one you want us to look for.
Checks worth doing
IMEI or serial status, battery behaviour, cameras, charging, and whether the device has been opened. Bring a charger to any viewing.
