Repair versus replacement: an honest decision

A repair is worth doing when the rest of the device is healthy. Here is how we talk through that in the workshop.

Smartphone considered for repair or replacement

If the glass is the only problem on a phone you like, repair is usually the conversation. If the board is damaged, the battery is swollen and the camera already failed last year, replacement may be kinder to your week.

If you decide the device is finished, ask about a sell or trade enquiry. We do not list prices here; we look at the device first.
